Mindfulness and meditation for a balanced life

I have been teaching meditation since 2002, combining many years of personal practice with extensive experience guiding others. My one-to-one sessions offer a supportive and practical approach to help you reconnect with yourself, reduce stress, and cultivate greater balance in body and mind.

Mindfulness Course

Stress is a natural part of life and can help us meet challenges. But when it becomes constant, it can leave us feeling tired, overwhelmed, and out of balance.

Mindfulness for Balance is a practical seven-week course designed to help you manage stress and cultivate greater calm and resilience. Each week includes a guided meditation and a simple technique that you can integrate into daily life, with time for reflection, feedback, and questions as the course unfolds.

I also offer half-day and full-day wellbeing workshops for individuals, groups, and organisations, tailored to support relaxation, stress management, and emotional wellbeing.
